In what ways is your station moving in a positive direction, that you would want
to continue or perhaps improve? |
| |
I'm impressed with the perseverance of KPFA, its continued existence in spite of difficulties. I believe this is due to strong social pull for free speech radio, free of the influence of advertisers. It seems the best chance we have to get the truth.
The Apprenticeship Program is a positive bridge to the future through radio. It could blossom even more with increased support.

Too frequent use of combative methods to deal with disagreements or problems. I would work for and encourage the use of more efficient, cooperative structures. |

Local Station Board to advance the station’s mission? |
| |
I have served as the KPFA LSB Treasurer for almost 2 years, having been appointed by vote of the LSB, based on my professional/work experience. I would continue to offer these skills to the LSB. |

Put energy into revenue development outside of on-air fundraising. Work towards solving network related losses in economically efficient and fair ways.
