We are currently holding 2 separate, parallel elections for delegates to the KPFK Local Station Board. Listener members will vote for listener candidates. Staff members will vote for staff candidates. There are nine (9) vacant Listener and three (3) vacant Staff seats on the KPFK Local Station Board.

The deadline to vote in this year’s KPFK delegate election is now Monday, October 10th at 12pm Pacific Time (noon). A list of candidates and their statements can be found at elections.pacifica.org.

An additional candidate forum has been scheduled for 12-2pm to be held this Sunday, October 2nd at the Peace Center (3916 Sepulveda Blvd Culver City, CA 90230) with Spanish language translation.

Un foro  de candidatos adicional ha sido programado y tomará lugar este domingo, 2 de Octubre de 12pm a 2pm en el Centro de la Paz (3916 Sepulveda Blvd Culver City, CA 90230) con traduccion al espanol.

Local Election Supervisor Daniel Lee will be in the KPFK studio this Friday, September 30th from 2-6pm to help facilitate requests for new or replacement ballots. He will have laptop available for you to cast your vote online but will not accept your paper ballot.

El  Supervisor de Elección Local, Daniel Lee estará en el estudio KPFK este viernes 30, de Septiembre, de 2-6 pm para ayudar a facilitar las solicitudes de boletos nuevos o de reemplazo. Él tendrá un computador portátil disponible para que usted pueda emitir su voto electrónicamente, pero no va a aceptar su boleto de papel.

Paper ballots should not be dropped off at the station. Paper ballots need to be received by TrueBallot by October 10th (not “post-marked by”). Online voting will end at 12pm pacific time (noon) on October 10th.

Los boletos de papel no serán aceptados en la estación. Los boletos de papel tienen que ser recibidos por TrueBallot  no mas tardar de el 10 de Octubre.  El voto electrónico terminará a las 12pm hora pacífica el 10 de Octubre.

If you need a ballot, please email les-kpfk2016@pacifica.org immediately and explain whether this is a replacement request due to a lost or spoiled ballot, or whether this is a new ballot request.

Si necesita una votación, por favor correo electrónico les-kpfk2016@pacifica.org inmediatamente y explicar si se trata de una solicitud de reemplazo debido a un voto perdido o estropeado, o si se trata de una nueva solicitud de votación.

Requests must be received from the member, personally. Please include proof of membership, if you have (such as a donation receipt) in order to expedite your request.
