A Pacifica National Board Candidate must:
- Be a current member at their station by:
- contributing $25 to their station OR by doing management-approved volunteer work between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026, and
- must have been a member at a Pacifica Foundation, Inc. station for over one year.
A Local Station Board Listener Candidate must:
- Be a current member at their station by:
- contributing $25 to their station OR by doing management-approved listener volunteer work between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026
A Staff Member Candidate for either board must:
- Be approved by station management as a Staff member
A Volunteer Team Member Candidate must:
- Be approved by their station as having worked 30 hours or more on station management-approved work between March 1, 2026, and May 31, 2026.
All materials for the Candidate Package must be completed and submitted by June 30th, 2026.
Submissions may be edited until 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on June 30, 2026. After that time, all submissions will be considered final.
All candidate applications must include:
- Completed Registration Form
- Online candidate profile with:
- Long statement (500 words maximum)
- Short statement (140 words maximum)
- Photo
- Signed Fair Campaign Provisions Form
The candidate profile, statements, and photo will be on display on the Pacifica Election website and may be shared in Pacifica Foundation election communications, materials, and ballots.
