This Privacy Policy explains how the Pacifica Foundation Inc (parent organization of KPFA, KPFK, KPFT, WBAI) collects, uses, and discloses personal information about our members.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:

When you register as a member at KPFA. KPFK, KPFT, WBAI and WPFW we collect information (name, email, address and telephone) directly from you.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: We use the contact information you provide in order to send you information about the Pacifica Elections, and information about how to access your ballot.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: We do not share your information with any third party other than with the ballot company, e-campaign vendors in order to send out information about candidate campaigns. DIGITAL ADVERTISING & ANALYTICS: We will not use your information for digital advertising or analytics.

EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS If you wish to unsubscribe from our email campaigns, please click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email sent from us. If you opt out of our email marketing, we will still send you messages related to our transactions and relationship with you, such as order confirmations. If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message sent from us.
