few young people involved, on the air, or listening
volunteers, members, listeners, community discouraged from participating
large part of the Mission Statement is MIA
most of the energy is spent fighting for control
lot of ideological correctness, not a lot of "radio / business" experience
"i've been doing xxx for a long time" - doesn't mean you know what you're doing..
putting a signal on the air is only the start of what needs to be done
we need to start running these stations like a business
not a kids' lemonade stand
