As a Kings County trauma surgeon and an Ambassador for the Baltimore Peace Movement, I am honored to carry on the tradition and legacy of WBAI as host of Trauma Code Mondays at 2:00 PM along with my wife and co-host Dr. Cassandra Raphael.

I run for the local station board with this respect for the legacy of WBAI as well as the project of its daily survival and creative expression. For what its worth I have relevant experience including a position on:

1) the community advisory board of the Baltimore Mayor's Office on Neighborhood Safety and Engagement, and
2) the medical advisory board of the Jordan McNair Foundation.

I look forward to taking an active role in the station as well as the Pacifica network nationally.
