I often tell people I received my education at Pacifica Radio.
Don't get me wrong. I attended UCLA and UC Berkeley. But I started listening to KPFK as a teenager and will be forever indebted to Pacifica for the extraordinary programming that has informed and shaped my worldview.
I love KPFK. I love Pacifica.
