Voting Member eligibility is based on the “Date of Record”, June 30, 2026, for confirmed membership.
This involves timeline requirements for Listener Member, Staff, and Volunteer Team Memberships
- To vote as a Listener Member in the election, you must have:
- Donated a minimum of $25 in the year prior to the record date (July 1st, 2025 – June 30th, 2026),
- OR completed 3 hours of station management-supervised volunteer work during the same time period.
- To vote as a Staff or Volunteer Team Member in the election, you must be a:
- Staff member as of the date of record
- OR a Volunteer Team Member who has worked a minimum of 30 recorded hours of station management-approved volunteer work in the three months preceding March 1 to May 31, 2026.
If there is a Second Household Member –two Listener Members who have donated over $50 in total– please contact your station’s membership department to verify the two memberships.
