Re: Documentation regarding the ineligibility of Jeanine Rohn to stand as a candidate the 2023 Pacifica elections
Dear Renee,
It has been brought to my attention that you may not yet have received the following resolution passed by the Pacifica National Board during the Closed Session meeting of April 6, 2023.
Whereas, having been afforded all due process throughout a formal disciplinary procedure, Ms. Jeanine Rohn has been found guilty as charged by the PNB; and
Whereas Ms. Rohn was suspended by the PNB on January 26, 2023, pending the outcome of this disciplinary procedure; and
Whereas Ms. Rohn has consistently disregarded her suspension, participating fully in the unrecognized KPFK LSB meetings throughout, and standing for election as an Officer again as recently as the March 19, 2023 KPFK recognized LSB Officers election, thereby openly defying and violating her PNB suspension;
Therefore be it resolved that Ms. Jeanine Rohn shall be suspended from participating in all Pacifica’s Governance meetings, positions, campaigns, and related activities throughout the remainder of 2023.
