• June 30 Record Date for Membership
• June 1 – July 6 Nominations phase
• July 7- July 8 Candidate Certification
• July 1-28 List cleaning and outreach to members without emails on file
• Aug 15 Ballot Phase Begins – Open election and campaign phase
• Sep 30 Voting Phase closes at 11:59PM EST
- 1 week extension nationwide if quorum not met for any election
• Oct 10 Results announced and certified
