Mail House Participation and Constituent Mailings

The Pacifica National Election Supervisor will manage list access for candidates by vetting non-partisan companies to send campaign postcard mailings and digital blasts.

The Pacifica Foundation will not provide any monetary services or use its Not-for-Profit status for candidates. Candidates are solely responsible for financing all of their campaign promotions. Candidates listed on the mailing are fully responsible for all content on mailings. If a candidate’s name and/or group/party/slate they are associated with violates the Fair Campaign Provisions, this may lead to penalties and/or disqualification from the election. All mailers must be pre-approved by the NES. Vendors will send NES a draft of the final version before full production proceeds.

NOTE: The Mail House Request Form information you submit must match the service request you send to the vendor. The NES will be working with each vendor to ensure this.


To request a quote from the vendors:

  • Email the vendor with the subject “Pacifica Election Postcard Quote Request”.
  • In the body of your email request, include:
    • The station you want to access: KPFA, KPFT, KPFK, WPFW, WBAI
    • The list you want to access: Listeners and/or Staff and Volunteers
    • The size & finish of the postcard
    • Whether you want first-class or not-for-profit delivery.
  • Vendors can accept a PDF or a standard graphic design format in alignment with USPO postcard regulations. 
  • Slate postcards must be contracted by one slate representative and shared by the slate representative with all listed candidates prior to sending.
