ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION AMENDMENT PROPOSAL 2021
Directors from the Pacifica National Board have put forth a proposal to amend Pacifica’s articles of incorporation.

BYLAWS REFERENDUM 2021
A bylaws referendum to replace the current bylaws with a new set of bylaws has been proposed by a group of Pacifica members. The referendum did not pass as it failed to garner majority vote “yes” for staff and listener voters. As a result, the current bylaws stay in place.
